The Creek cruise boards at Al Seef or Deira around 8 pm and drifts past the lit-up souks, the old wind-tower houses of Al Fahidi and the trading dhows moored along Deira. Dinner is an international buffet with Arabic dishes, and a Tanoura dancer performs after the meal. It is the cheaper, more atmospheric of the two routes and better for anyone who wants to see the old city.
